The role of the teacher is to provide guidance so they are more like a coach.
They need to help students discover their strengths, gifts and modality for learning. It is hoped that teachers will also create a community of educators with the use of tools such as forums and blogs and actively participate in discussion groups.
Teachers will find external teaching resources and the webinar tool to share their expertise and collaborate with students and other teachers.
